भारत सरकार की नई व्यवस्था के अंतर्गत पुराने नोटों को जमा करने के लिए बैंकों एवं एटीएम में आवश्यक सुरक्षा व्यवस्था के संबंध में आज गुरुवार को बैठक आयोजित की गई। देशभर में 500-1000 रुपए के नोट गुरुवार से बदलने आरंभ होंगे। राजधानी में सुरक्षा की दृष्टि से पुलिस सुरक्षा व्यवस्था के लिए तैयार है।
Women and Child Development Minister Mrs. Ramsheela Sahu attended District-level Lok Suraaj camp organized in Gram Panchayat Kirari of Dhabra block of Janjgir-Champa district. On this occasion, she inaugurated Mukhyamantri Amrit Yojana in Janjgir-Champa district by serving milk to 20 children. In the programme, she declared Kirari as open defecation free Gram Panchayat.
Chief Secretary Vivek Dhand conducted a surprise inspection at the paddy procurement center of Primary Agriculture Credit Society (PACS) Kotmisonar in Janjgir-Champa district on Tuesday. Chief Secretary Vivek Dhand, during his inspection to the district, asked the officers to take special measures to provide farmers. The Chief Secretary also interacted with local farmers and officers. Paddy procurement has started at around 1976 procurement centers of the state since November 16 and it will continue by January 31.
Today, Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh Dr. Raman Singh will redress grievances of public through E-Jandarshan. For last 10 years, Dr. Singh has been interacting with common people to redress their issues in his weekly Jandarshan programme held on every Thursday. But on Thursday October 30, Chief Minister Dr. Raman Singh will interact with people through E-Jandarshan. For this, nearly 50 applicants from eight districts have been selected.
Under Public Distribution System (PDS), State Government has allotted 48 thousand 024 quintals of rice for midday meal scheme in all 27 districts of state for this month. This includes 25 thousand 373 quintals of rice for primary schools and 22 thousand 651 quintals of rice for middle schools.
On the occasion of Father of Nation Mahatma Gandhi's birth anniversary on October 2, pledge to 'make India clean' will be taken in all the offices, schools-colleges and various organizations in Chhattisgarh. Under nation-wide Swachchh Bharat Abhiyaan, these pledge-ceremonies will be organized in all 27 District Headquarters of state around 9.30 am. Chief Minister, Regional MPs, MLAs, and Jila Panchayat Presidents will grace these programmes as Chief Guests and administer the pledge.
State government will establish blood banks in thirteen districts of the state within a month. State Health Minister Amar Agrawal has directed the health department officials in a review meeting to make all the necessary arrangements in this regard. The minister informed that the blood banks will be started in Jashpur, Narainpur, Bijapur, Kondagaon, Sukma, Balrampur, Surajpur, Janjgir-Champa, Mungeli, Bemetara, Balod, Gariaband and Baloda Bazaar districts within a month. It may be mentioned that the state health department is presently running blood banks in sixteen districts.
Shri Premprakash Pandey, Technical and Manpower Development Minister, on Wednesday said that 10 Livelihood Colleges will be started soon at- Narainpur, Gariyaband, Dhamtari, Balodabazar, Mahasamund, Mungeli, Janjgir-Chapa, Balrampur, Surajpur, Koriya.
