On the occasion, Hindi blogger and former Chairman of Warehouse Corporation Ashok Bajaj, Kishan Sharma, Madhav Prasad Miri and Uday Sharma were also present. Chief Minister heartily congratulated Lalit Sharma on publishing his book. Chief Minister Dr. Singh especially signed autograph on flap of the book.

Chief Minister Dr. Raman Singh released the annual calendar 2015 based on the theme of biodiversity/wildlife, here at his residence office yesterday.This calendar has been published by a private organization Satpura Wildlife Foundation. Chief Minister praised the calendar and extended hearty wishes of New Year 2015 to people. On the occasion, Foundation Chairman Sadeep Pauranik along with HR Dwivedi, Dr Ishaan Pathak and other members were also present.

Somasekhar, Technical Director, National Informatics Centre, (Mahanadi Bhavan) Raipur. book is based on his twenty years of experience in Government and latest developments in behavioral economics, the author has tried to discover the missing ingredient for quick poverty alleviation analyzing the reasons for the continued poverty, despite large Government spending and hundreds of poverty alleviation schemes.

Chhattisgarh is an energy-surplus state and it would be our priority to supply electricity to Telangana and other neighboring states as per their requirement, said Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh Dr. Raman Singh today after the MoU between both the states was signed in presence of Telangana Chief Minister KC Rao in the afternoon at capital city Raipur. Under this MoU, Chhattisgarh would supply 1000 MW electricity at given fixed rate to its new neighbor Telangana. Dr Raman Singh said that signing of this MoU is a historical moment for both testates.
More than 150 works under development plans and public welfare schemes have been completed in Kawardha, said Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh on Sunday. Dr Singh was addressing during a programme at Kawardha Municipal Council while inaugurating the newly constructed Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Vyavasayik Parisar works Rs 1.35 crore. He said that there is no need for counting the development works as people themselves watch and feel them.
