कलेक्टर ने शुक्रवार को दोपहर 1 बजे संक्षिप्त बैठक ली। और निर्देशित किया कि विजन डॉक्यूमेंट के अंतर्गत सभी विभाग वर्ष 2022 तक के लिए कार्ययोजना तैयार करें। उन्होंने कहा कि इसके अंतर्गत वर्ष 2017 से 2022 तक के लिए विभाग एक लक्ष्य का निर्धारण करेंगे, जिसके तहत लक्ष्य की प्राप्ति के लिए टास्क प्लान तैयार किया जाएगा। कलेक्टोरेट सभाकक्ष में हुई इस बैठक में उन्होंने कहा कि सभी विभाग सोमवार 18 सितम्बर तक अपनी कार्ययोजना तैयार कर प्रस्तुत करें। बैठक में डीएफओ अमिताभ बाजपेयी सहित विभिन्न विभाग के अधिकारीगण मौजूद थे।
District Collector Thakur Ram Singh directed the bank officials to provide benefit of Pradhan Mantri Surksha Beema Yojna (PMMSBY) and other social security schemes of the central government to the beneficiaries. He was addressing bank officials during a meeting held at Collectorate Hall on Tuesday. He ordered the officials to accelerate the pace of executing the Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojna (PMMMY) and provide the benefit of the scheme to the more and more industrialists.
Collector Siddharth Komal Singh Pardeshi paid a surprise visit at the district hospital so as to inspect conditions prevailing in different wards. According to reports, collector scrutinized poshan purnavas Kendra and asked chilldren about facilities and services in hospital. He later on instructed authorities to buy mosquito nets for kids and toys so that they can pass their time by playing and learning several new things. He thereafter visited the children department and ordered officers to buy mattresses, glasses, paintings and other necessary things for ward.
A meeting was organised on Monday for the sector officers appointed for trilateral panchayat elections. The meeting was presided over by the Collector Siddarth Komal Singh Pardeshi who instructed all the sector officers to check basic requites, printing of ballot paper and fixed routes under their zones. The Collector said i the meeting organized in the Collectorate that the responsibility of sector officers is very important and they have to take care of sensitivity of this electoral work.
Collector Reena Babasaheb Kangale has directed the authorities concerned to ensure maintaining transparency in ongoing paddy procurement process across the district. She has also warned strict action against those commit any
sort of carelessness in the process. As per the official sources, the Collector chaired a meeting recently here at Zila Panchayat conference hall to review the progress in paddy procurement across the district. She also inquired about the arrangements made in this regards.
District Collector Thakur Ram Singh inspected Shaheed Veer Nayaran Singh (SVNS) International Cricket Stadium in New Raipur here on Thursday. During the visit, Superintendent of Police Om Prakash Pal accompanied him. As per the inflammations received, Collector inspected the arrangements in the stadium such as seating, flood light, pavilion, ground and parking respectively He discussed mainly the routes of entrance of players and spectators, catering arrangement, arrival of VIP guests.
District collector Taman Singh Sonwani paid a surprise visit at hostels and ashrams in Remawand. Gohada and Nelwad villages in order to see facilities being provided to students. According to reports, collector during visit enquirer about water, toilets, food and other basic facilities from concerned authorities. He even dressed down officers for the negligence towards same and strictly warned them to provide all services to students else stern action will be taken against them for carelessness. Sonwani on day asked several questions to kids and also sorted out their problems.
All the department officials have been instructed to inspect the schools during visit to rural areas for departmental works. Rajnandgaon collector Ashok Agrawal gave the instructions during the time limit meeting with the officials. To ensure quality education in the schools, the teachers' attendance should be cent percent. If the teachers are absent during the school hours, the wages should be deducted for the day. Collector reviewed the PMGSY, CMGSY, National Highway, Rural Engineering among other departments.
As per the instructions of Chief Minister Dr. Raman Singh State Government and Administration is conducting a Special Jaundice Prevention and Eradication Drive at war footing in capital city Raipur,Durg and other cities of the state, in association with urban bodies. Under this special drive, Commissioner Raipur Revenue Division Dr. BL Tiwari and Raipur District Collector Thakur Ramsingh today inspected the health checkup camp held at Kanchan Ashwa complex in Deendayal Upadhyay Nagar.
In the wake of the outbreak of jaundice, the officials of Public Health Engineering (PHE) and Housing Board in the district were on Monday asked for the chlorine test and microbiological test and subsequently their continuous monitoring. Besides, they were asked to ensure sanitation of sewerage and its chlorination and bleaching. Divisional Commissioner, Raipur Division, Dr. B L Tiwari and Raipur District Collector Thakur Ram Singh issued aforesaid instructions during their whirlwind tour to the jaundice affected areas of the city on Monday.
