Governor Mr. Balramjidas Tandon administered oath of office and secrecy to Mr. Ashok Agrawal as State Information Commissioner at Raj Bhawan. Mr. Agrawal took the oath in the name of God and in Hindi. First Lady Mrs. Brujpal Tandon and several senior officers of the department were also present. It may be mentioned here that Mr. Ashok Agrawal is a retired Indian Administrative Officer of Chhattisgarh cadre.

Governor Mr. Balramji Das Tandon released Helpage India Chhattisgarh's report of year 2015-16 here at Rajbhavan.
