जिला कार्यालय के सभाकक्ष में कलेक्टर की अध्यक्षता में समय-सीमा की बैठक हुई । इसमें भू-अभिलेखों में आधार सिडिंग कार्य की प्रगति, किसान पंजीयन, श्रमिक पंजीयन, विद्युतीकरण की स्थिति, प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना, स्वच्छ भारत मिशन, प्रधानमंत्री उज्ज्वला योजना, स्मार्ट कार्ड, सौर सुजला योजना के क्रियान्वयन को संज्ञानमें लिया गया। इसके अलावा मुख्यमंत्री जनदर्शन, कलेक्टर जनदर्शन, उच्च विभागों से प्राप्त निर्देश का पालन, समय-सीमा के प्रकरण, लोक सुराज और जिला स्तरीय जन समस्या के आवेदनों के निराकरण करने के निर्देश कलेक्टर जय प्रकाश मौर्य ने दिया। साथ ही विकास के लिए संकल्प से सिद्धि कार्ययोजना के विषय पर भी
हमर छत्तीसगढ़ योजना के तहत बस्तर के करीब 600 पंच-सरपंच दो दिनों के अध्ययन भ्रमण पर रायपुर आए हुए हैं। इनमें बस्तर जिले के 176, कांकेर के 172, कोंडागांव के 155 और बीजापुर जिले के 95 पंचायत प्रतिनिधि शामिल हैं। अध्ययन भ्रमण के दूसरे दिन गुरूवार को उन्होंने छत्तीसगढ़ विधानसभा, इंदिरा गांधी कृषि विश्वविद्यालय, स्वामी विवेकानंद विमानतल और साइंस सेंटर का भ्रमण किया। बीजापुर के पंचायत प्रतिनिधि भ्रमण के लिए चंपारण भी गए।

Chief Minister Dr. Raman Singh will gift 101 developmental and construction works worth Rs 170 crores to the people of newly formed Sukma and Kondagaon districts on the second day of his State wide 'Vikas Yatra' on Tuesday. It will be the first 'Vikas Yatra' under the leadership of Chief Minister Dr. Raman Singh in the two newly-formed districts which are affected by Naxal violence.
A joint team of District Police (DP) and Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) arrested three Naxalites along with a huge haul of explosives and arms, during their routine searching in Bayanar village fair. The Naxalites have been taken into custody and further interrogation is on. According to information received, a joint team of DP of CRPF were on their routine searching in Bayanar, Mungwal, Badko, Kejang, Madanar and negighboring villages, especially in the area adjoining Bayanar villages fair when they were tipped off about the presence of a few Naxalites.
Kondagon the 27th district in Chhattisgarh, would celebrate its first anniversary on Thursday, January 24, in presence of Chief Minister Dr. Raman Singh who is likely to announce Rs 134.51 crore worth of development works for the district. The major projects include a Composite Building, 100-bed district hospital building and foundation stone would be laid for the construction of Sarpanch Sadan for all the five development blocks. Similarly, the Chief Minister would distribute bicycles and sewing machines to 880 women labourer from unorganized sectors of the district.
The Special Task Force constituted by District Superintendent of Police D Sharavan along with Additional Superintendent of police (ASP) Naxal Ops Surjeet Atri nabbed two Naxals in the forests of Bayanar, Badko, Permapal and Mungwal on Monday. The two arrested insurgents have been identified as Munna Yadav son of Dhaniram Yadav from Madanar village and Ram Sai son of Jagat resident of village Madanar.

To promote sports activities in tribal dominated areas of the State, an agreement was signed between Government of India (GOI) and State Government to built multi-purpose indoor sports complex at Kondagaon here on Friday. The complex will be built at the cost of Rs 5.97 crore and will be equipped with modern facilities. It may be recalled that Sport Minister Lata Usendi in month of June met Union Sports Minister Ajay Makhan at New Delhi and gave proposal for multi-purpose indoor sports complex in tribal dominated Kondagon.
Rs 6 crore has been sanctioned for the construction of indoor stadium at Kondagaon. The Union Sports Ministry has sanctioned the amount during the meeting attended by State Sports Minister Lata Usendi and Chhattisgarh State Sports Olympic Association general secretary Baldeo Singh Bhatia at New Delhi here on Sunday. According to report, the State which is gearing up to host the prestigious National Games, delegate comprising of State Sports Minister Lata Usendi and CSOA general secretary Baldeo Singh Bhatia called on the Union Sports Minister Ajay Makan at New Delhi.
