Chhattisgarh will soon become leprosy-free : Nadda

Union Health Minister JP Nadda Inaugurated of 'Sparsh-2015'

The Union Health Minister JP Nadda halled the works been carried out under National Leprosy Eradication Programme (NLEP) in Chhattisgarh is ahead in development on all fronts and in the same series this new state is ahead in field of leprosy eradication as well. Nadda said that the Central and state government together with assistance of its people and doctors would soon provide identity of help rosy-free state to chhattisgarh. Nadda expressed the above views while speaking at the inauguration of 'Khuth Mukti Abhiyaan' 'Sparsh-2015' at new Circuit House here on Sunday.
In the programme it was informed that the health department of the state government would continue this special campaign till birth anniversary of Father of Nation Mahatma (02 Oct 2015). Under this campaign, the new leprosy affected patients would be identified would be made to offer treatment to them. Apart from the launched for creating public awareness related it as well.
On this occasion Health Minister of state government Ajay Chandrakar, WRD Minister Brijn=mohan Agrawal, PWD Rajesh Munat, Labour and Sports Minister Bhaiyalal Rajwade, Raipur LS MO Ramesh Bais, Parliamentary Secretary Health department Shivshankar Paikra, MLA Srichand Sundrani, Principal Secretary Health Department Dr. Alok Shukla and other conned senior officers were present.
