Pearson Education will publish customised text books for seven universities in Maharashtra.
These universities include: University of Mumbai; University of Pune; Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University; Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University; Shivaji University, Kholapur; Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad and North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon.

Raipur: Chhattisgarh government has finally given approval for air ambulances in the state. These ambulances will be of extreme help especially in the fight against Maoist violence.
The proposed air ambulances will also facilitate mini operation apart from having the basic first aid facilities. These can also be used in flood relief and relief work in other natural calamities.
Flying Doctors’ Unit, as the ambulances have been named, will have a team of 12 doctors, blood bank, life-saving drugs and oxygen along with highly trained medical staff.
Raipur, Aug 25 (PTI) Chhattisgarh Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) today claimed to have unearthed disproportionate assets worth over Rs five crore belonging to an official of the state water resources department. ACB sleuths searched five premises following complaints of amassing of disproportionate wealth against executive engineer at Korba, J P Agarwal, it said. The assets unearthed so far include a plot worth over two crore, a shop worth Rs 1.5 crore among others, the ACB said. Agarwal has been booked under relevant sections of Prevention of Corruption Act, it added.
