नगर पंचायत अध्यक्ष राजेश अग्रवाल ने समुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र लखनपुर का औचक निरीक्षण किया, जिसमें अस्पताल परिसर एवं मरीजों के वार्डों में पहुंच कर सफाई को देखकर प्रसन्नता जाहिर करते हुए किचन शेड निर्माण एवं दवाओं का उपयोग उपरांत उसको डिस्पोजल के लिए स्थल का चयन कर उसे इधर-उधर दवा उपयोग उपरांत न फेंके, जिससे किसी प्रकार का नुकसान न हो तथा अन्य दिशा निर्देश भी दिये। निरीक्षण के दौरान साफ-सफाई व्यवस्था में प्रसन्नता व्यक्त की गई तथा मरीजों से स्वयं व्यवस्था के बारे में जानकारी ली, साथ ही बीएमओ डॉ.

Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh today chaired cabinet meeting at Mantralaya (Mahanadi Bhavan), wherein the cabinet decided to fill vacancies in high schools, higher secondary schools and government hospitals through outsourcing. It was informed in the meeting that the posts of lecturers for subjects such as science, English and commerce in high schools and higher secondary schools of both these revenue divisions are vacant. Likewise, for health services also, there is shortage of staff nurses and lab technicians in hospitals.

Agriculture Minister Mr. Brijmohan Agrawal inaugurated Polyhouse (nursery), established under Potato and Temperate Fruits Research Centre operating in Mainpat, during his visit to Surajpur district under Lok Suraah Abhiyan. It is noteworthy that Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh had inaugurated this centre in September 2013. During inspection of Poly House, Agriculture Minister gave instructions for making better arrangements for litchi and pears. Agriculture Minister also did plantation of saplings, along with other Public Representatives.

In the meeting of Sarguja and Northern Area Tribal Development Authority held today in Baikunthpur Headquarters of Koriya district, Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh approved Rs 50 lakh for construction of women police barracks in Balrampur-Ramanujganj and Surajpur districts. This includes sanction of Rs 25 lakhs for construction of women police barrack in each district.

Sakshar Bharat programme has illuminated entire Sarguja district of Chhattisgarh with the light of knowledge and literacy. Other than Sarguja district, two development blocks namely Tilda (Raipur district) and Ambagarh Chowki (Rajnandgaon district), and five Gram Panchayats of the state namely Uparwah (Rajnandgaon district), Jhirmiti (Sarguja district), Mohandi (Mahasamund district), Borgaon (Kondagaon district), and Teknar (Dantewada district) have also attained success in significantly elevating literacy rate under Sakshar Bharat Programme.

11 forest mandals chosen for Green India Mission in State

Green India Mission

The Green India Mission will be implemented in Chhattisgarh also. The Central Government has given a green signal to the Mission. Eleven forest mandals were chosen in the first year.Eighty forest management committees and villages will be linked to the Green India Mission. The forest mandals are Kawardha, Bilaspur,Marwahi, Katgora, Bastar, Kanker, South Kondagaon, Raipur, North Sarguja and South Sarguja.

Today, Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh Dr. Raman Singh will redress grievances of public through E-Jandarshan. For last 10 years, Dr. Singh has been interacting with common people to redress their issues in his weekly Jandarshan programme held on every Thursday. But on Thursday October 30, Chief Minister Dr. Raman Singh will interact with people through E-Jandarshan. For this, nearly 50 applicants from eight districts have been selected.

Public Distribution System : State Government allots 48 thousand quintals of rice for Midday Meal


Under Public Distribution System (PDS), State Government has allotted 48 thousand 024 quintals of rice for midday meal scheme in all 27 districts of state for this month. This includes 25 thousand 373 quintals of rice for primary schools and 22 thousand 651 quintals of rice for middle schools.
